Reflecting on your life…What have been the most important moments in your life?

Which people have been most important in your life?

What have you made most important in your life? What did you spend a lot of time on every day?

What are you most grateful for in your life?

What are you most proud of?

What was the darkest period of your life?

What did you learn from that period or what did it bring you?

What is most important to you in life?

Have you come to this enough? Were you able to make this happen? If not: why not, since that is most important to you?

Suppose you can't leave anything behind at all. But you may give the younger version of yourself, or your children, a life lesson that you want to impress on yourself, or them. Which lesson(s) would that be and why?

How will you be remembered by those around you?

What would they write about you, or what would they say about you at your farewell service?

What specific character traits would they name?

What recurring; limiting thoughts, bad habits, destructive patterns, obsessions, and – unhealed events and experiences with people – were there in your life? What character traits got in your way? What non-serving, meaningless and destructive things do you want to leave behind forever? And why do you want that?

The last question

We are now going to the end. The end of your life.

Who would you like to say something to, now that you can still do so at the very last minute?

Who else do you have something to say to?

With whom have you left something unsaid? For the illusion of 'later'.

Who have you perhaps taken too much for granted?

Who do you Love? Who do you want to thank in particular?

It can also be a form of goodbye, for someone who is no longer there.

Like a deceased loved one. An unborn baby.

Or someone who has been out of your life for a while. An ex-lover from a past relationship.

Or just someone you cared about deeply and haven't seen in years.

Maybe you haven't been able to close something properly and give it the right place.

If you have not given it the right place, you have not been able to fully process it and it has always been dormant in the background of your life.

Which made it impossible to really move on and be ready for new opportunities and chances in your life.

Then let this be the right time.

To give that person a right place in your heart, once and for all.

Letting go is not necessary, but giving it a place is.

So that you can feel truly unleashed and reborn, because you are no longer held back in your heart and mind.

Who do you want to say something to? Which names come to mind first?

Combine them into one field below if you want to say the same thing to multiple people.
