Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters deeply to me. I handle your personal data carefully and transparently – exactly as I’d expect myself.

Who Is Responsible?

Vita Florentis (you can reach out directly via Julian) is responsible for processing your personal data, as described in this Privacy Policy.

What Personal Data Do I Process?

Vita Florentis processes personal data because you use my services or because you’ve provided the data yourself. This includes:

  • First name

  • Email address

  • IP address (used exclusively for analytics and optimizing your experience)

  • Any other personal information you actively provide (for example, through correspondence or phone calls)

  • Your answers during participation in ‘The Last Hour Experience’. After completion, you can immediately delete these or email them to yourself, after which they’ll be deleted

  • Location data (used exclusively for analytics and optimizing your experience)

  • Data regarding your activities on my website

  • Browser and device type

In the future, I might optionally request additional data such as surname, gender, date of birth, and nationality. If so, you’ll be clearly informed beforehand.

Payment Information

For payments, I use a secure third-party payment provider (such as Mollie). Payment data is processed exclusively within their secure environment. I have no access to this data. Invoices are securely stored for 7 years, in compliance with legal requirements.

Minors

My website does not intentionally collect data from visitors under the age of 16 without explicit parental consent. If you suspect that I have unintentionally collected data from a minor, please contact me immediately so I can remove this information.

Why Do I Process Your Data?

I process your data based on your consent, for the performance of our agreement, to comply with legal obligations, or based on legitimate interests:

  • To provide access to my services and programs

  • To handle payments

  • To inform you about changes to my services

  • To continuously improve my offerings

  • To potentially send you newsletters or marketing communications (you can unsubscribe anytime directly via each newsletter or email)

No Automated Decision-Making

I do not engage in automated decision-making that significantly impacts individuals.

How Long Do I Store Your Data?

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Once you delete your account (possible at any time), your data will be completely erased. Answers from ‘The Last Hour Experience’ are deleted immediately after being sent to you. Any other correspondence or information requests are stored for a maximum of 1 year after completion.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

I never sell your data. I share data with trusted third parties only if necessary for providing my services or when legally required. With these partners, I always maintain strict data processing agreements.

International Data Transfers

Currently, all data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should this ever change, I’ll ensure transfers only occur under legally recognized safeguards.

Sharing Inspiration on Messages Page

After ‘The Last Hour Experience’, you can optionally share one of your answers for inspiration on the collection page ‘Messages For The World’, including a name and your country of choice. If you wish to modify or remove this later, simply send me a request.

Cookies

I only use technical, functional, and analytical cookies, which do not impact your privacy. You can always delete or block cookies through your browser.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy might occasionally change. If that happens, I’ll notify you via email or an announcement on my website.

Your Rights

You always have the right to access, correct, or completely delete your personal data. You can also object to processing or request data portability, which means you can ask me to transfer your data to yourself or another organization of your choice. You can submit your request by reaching out directly. To protect your privacy, I’ll request minimal information to verify your identity. I’ll respond as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after your request.

If you have a complaint, you can contact the relevant data protection authority. For EU residents, this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

I take extensive measures to protect your data against misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and unwanted disclosure. My website always uses secure encrypted connections (SSL).

Any security concerns? Please reach out to me.

Thank you for your trust!
