The Last Hour Experience: find what truly matters

We live in a world filled with distractions:

sounds, notifications, likes, followers, and an endless stream of unsolicited videos forced upon us by the algorithm

Shadow figures under a starry sky: a woman focused on her laptop and a man beside her taking a selfie of them both, with shadow symbols of distraction – notifications, sound, and messages – hovering above their heads. A representation of modern-day disconnection in The Last Hour Experience.

And it seperates us.

Like zombie junkies, we exchange our precious attention and time for continuous hits of dopamine.

But what if, today, you stopped for a moment and looked back at your life? What would really stand out?

Take a second to think

What if this was your last hour?

This question slices through the noise. It clears distractions and makes every moment, every action, feel urgent and real.

There’s no more room for delay or excuses.

The Last Hour Experience is not just a product – it’s a journey, a confrontation, a wake-up call.

It’s your unique chance to take a deep dive into your life, without masks or distractions.

See your life as if it’s about to end, without the pain of loss.

Reflect on moments of isolation and consider how connection could transform your journey.

No risk. Only clarity.

A powerful reflection

In the comfort of your own space, I’ll guide you through a series of profound questions that will make you stop and reflect on the core of who you are and what you truly want.

This isn’t some crowded seminar or a confronting ritual – it’s just you, your headphones or earbuds, and an hour of raw truth.

If your time was limited, what would you change? What words have you left unsaid?

Acknowledge past regrets and envision a path to forgiveness and growth.

What have you been too scared to pursue?

Identify the doubts that hold you back and find the courage to overcome them.

Facing

Hidden emotions

In this journey, you may encounter feelings you’ve long avoided – loneliness, guilt, uncertainty.

What you push away doesn’t disappear – it builds like a silent storm and strikes at the worst possible moments, often compounding stress when you’re already at your limit.

Imagine a breakup triggering not just heartache, but also buried grief or other long-unresolved emotions – an overwhelming combination that makes everything harder to handle.

This journey offers an emotional cleansing, on your terms.

It’s a chance to reflect, let go, and find peace – whether that means embracing change or simply realizing that everything is already as it should be.

These emotions, though challenging, are gateways to profound self-discovery and transformation.

By embracing them, you open the door to a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment – create it now.

Facing your shadow

As Carl Gustav Jung said, “An essential condition for a somewhat balanced personality is to constantly confront our shadow.”

A shadow figure of a man under a starry sky, gazing at his reflection in a mirror – a symbolic moment of self-confrontation and introspection in The Last Hour Experience.

Jung used the metaphor of sitting with his back to the light, so that his shadow always fell in front of him, making him aware of his dark side.

This image illustrates that the darker parts of ourselves – those hidden fears, desires, and traits we push away – are always present, whether we acknowledge them or not.

They are our silent companions – shaping our thoughts and actions in ways we rarely notice.

They follow us everywhere…

Four identical shadow figures of men under a starry sky, walking in a line and following each other – a striking metaphor for conformity and routine in The Last Hour Experience.

These shadows, no matter how disruptive they may seem, are, at their core, protectors. They arise from well-intentioned efforts to shield us from painful experiences in the past.

Yet, they often sabotage us in the present, keeping us trapped in old patterns and limiting beliefs.

By recognizing and understanding these protectors, we give ourselves the chance to loosen their grip.

Yet, we often fail to see these aspects of ourselves, not because we don’t want to, but because no one ever teaches us how.

Not our parents, friends, or even an ex-partner point out these blind spots. These shadows, unnoticed and unchecked, silently shape our lives.

This is why it’s so important to consciously face and explore these hidden parts of ourselves.

By taking the time to explore our deeply rooted beliefs, fears, and shadow patterns, we give ourselves the opportunity to let them go.

Curious about the deeper story behind The Last Hour Experience?
This is what inspired me to create it.

When we shed the emotional baggage they create, we liberate ourselves and move forward with greater clarity and lightness.

This process can feel daunting, as it asks us to look at ourselves with complete honesty.

Yet, it is equally liberating.

The Last Hour Experience provides a safe and structured space to help you move forward with newfound clarity and freedom.

Only by confronting and integrating these aspects can we truly live freely – unburdened by unresolved fears and unconscious habits.

Facing your shadow isn’t about dwelling on darkness – it’s about stepping into your life with greater ease and purpose.

Some things can’t be explained – they must be felt.
Watch this and feel it yourself.

FAQ

Got more questions? We’ve got answers

🟢 If you’re doubting, it means this is important to you.

Doubt arises when something has the potential to make an impact.

Are you ready to let that impact in?

The Last Hour Experience is a digital workshop of about an hour, designed for you to experience alone – at a time that suits you.

I guide you step by step through a deep reflection on your life. The experience invites you to imagine that this is your final hour, asking the question: “How have I lived?”

🟢 Put in your earbuds or wear a headset, make sure you won’t be disturbed for at least an hour, and get ready for a powerful experience.

First and foremost, for anyone – from 18 to 122 – who wants to live consciously, is interested in self-development, and isn’t afraid to face themselves.

That said, everyone has their own unique reason for joining.

For example:

🟢 You want to discover what you truly want in life.

🟢 You are searching for clarity and want to find it through a deep connection with yourself.

🟢 You want to overcome your fear of death so you can live with more strength and freedom.

🟢 You want to say goodbye to something or someone you’ve been holding onto – and finally, let go.

🟢 You are looking for a powerful and effective tool to make a lasting change in your life.

🟢 You want to deepen your relationship with your partner by exploring life and death together. (For couples who are open to deep conversations.)

🟢 You want to feel spiritually connected to a lost loved one who is still in your thoughts every day.

🟢 You want to prepare for your own death and approach it with peace of mind.

🟢 You want to feel deeply connected to a terminally ill partner – to understand, by feeling, what it’s like to have little time left, and to grow closer through this shared experience.

🟢 You don’t necessarily need the deeper meaning – you’re in it for the challenge. A unique, boundary-pushing experience: do before you die…

🟢 You’ve come across it – through others, an invitation, or something you’ve read – and now you’re curious to experience it for yourself.

In the end, every participant has their own personal reason – just as everyone experiences The Last Hour Experience in their own unique way, through their own perspective.

🔵 We check our health regularly – but what about life itself?

🔵 The Last Hour Experience is more than just reflection – it’s a dress rehearsal for dying. If you’ve faced this, you’ve faced the hardest thing there is. And when you dare to look death in the eye, you come back to life stronger. More present. More confident.

🔵 Most people avoid this. But those who don’t, discover something powerful: the courage to truly live.

🟢 The Last Hour Experience is intentionally designed as an individual experience.

Just like how, ultimately, even when surrounded by loved ones, you take the final step on your own.

But… that’s exactly why sharing your reflections afterward can be so powerful. With your partner, a close friend, or someone you deeply trust.

Because how often do you really discuss what lives beneath the surface?

This experience naturally opens doors to meaningful dialogue.

A chance to express things that might otherwise remain unsaid.

And that gives your relationship or friendship a beautiful new depth.

🟢 It gives you clarity about what life is truly about for you. And more importantly, it helps you apply this newfound knowledge in your life.

It offers the solution to everything – from gaining new insights into your life to preventing regret at the end of it.

Regret when it’s too late. Regret over things that should have been different because you pursued the wrong things.

Out of ignorance, stuck in patterns, or lulled into comfort, numbed by the overwhelming abundance of distractions and entertainment.

🔵 That regret often stems from a deeper issue – the gap in life between knowing and doing. Between recognizing and acknowledging.

True acknowledgment leads to action. And only action brings results. Knowing is relatively easy, but actually doing – constructively and sustainably – is the real challenge.

Being consistent and committed, in a way that serves both yourself and those around you, is the ultimate challenge in life.

Everyone wants the end result. But who is willing to put in the effort?

🟢 Participating in The Last Hour Experience is the bridge between knowing and doing.

But it’s even more than that, because it will bring to light what you unconsciously knew but didn’t consciously acknowledge. Because it was tucked away.

Amidst all the noise and distractions of this fast-paced, chaotic world.

🟢 The Last Hour Experience is about returning to the core – what do you truly live for? Far away from the noise and distractions of daily life.

Along with a strong willingness to take action, you’ll also gain valuable new self-insights.

Suddenly, it becomes much easier to make decisions. You’ll be able to filter better and confidently say no to things, knowing you have a much stronger “yes” for what truly matters.

🔵 Without fear of missing out (FOMO).

🟢 All this to ensure that you don’t look back with regret, when there’s no time left to make a change, and that you live the life now that you’d want to look back on later.

You’re right – there’s already so much to follow, read, and listen to.

Another coach, another method, another ‘life-changing’ program? The world is full of them. But The Last Hour Experience is different.

These days, information isn’t the problem. It’s the opposite – there’s so much of it that it paralyzes us. And time? It feels like we never have enough.

Each day has only 24 hours, and we’re expected to do more than ever. Always be productive. Always have earbuds in, absorbing a podcast or audiobook – because just doing one thing at a time feels like a waste.

The Last Hour Experience is so short that time is no longer an excuse. It’s not about knowing more but about being honest with yourself – and actually applying it.

🔵 Personal growth can turn into an escape – always learning, never truly doing.

Staying safely in the comfort zone, endlessly consuming, without ever taking real action.

Or feeling like you constantly need to improve yourself because – deep down – you believe you’re not enough.

Knowledge is valuable. Awareness is essential. But living fully doesn’t come from yet another book or podcast.

🔵 It doesn’t require more knowledge – it requires deep emotion and action.

🟢 And that’s exactly what The Last Hour Experience offers. A direct yet accessible experience that you feel – one that moves you.

What you do with it? That’s entirely up to you.

I’m not just another coach.

I don’t teach.

I’m not a guide.

I’m merely the architect – at most, a reflective mirror. Your temporary host, companion, and co-pilot throughout the experience.

You wouldn’t ask this question lightly.

Chances are, you already have a clear compass. You know who you are, what’s important to you, and what you stand for.

And yet… there’s still that feeling.

A whisper, an intuitive “maybe there’s something here.”

🟢 The Last Hour Experience isn’t a course, coaching session, or another theory.

It’s one hour of forgetting everything you “already know.”

No new method. No step-by-step guide.

Just an experience that reconnects you to what’s already within – beneath the layers of knowledge, growth, and goals.

🟢 That’s exactly why it feels so different.

And it’s precisely this difference that makes the included follow-up, Vita FlowWhat Do I Really Want?, so much more powerful.

That’s exactly why you’ll get the most out of it.

Easy choices often lead to a hard life. But when you have the courage to make the hard choices – the ones that push you outside your comfort zone – life actually gets easier.

You grow, you learn, you become stronger. You gain experience and perspective, allowing you to see things more clearly and put them into context.

🔵 It’s a paradox: the more often you step outside your comfort zone, the more comfortable life actually becomes.

Because when you’re equipped with a wealth of experiences, challenges feel smaller.

🔵 Problems become opportunities. Opportunities lead to growth. And growth takes you further than you ever imagined possible.

But if you always choose safety – if you avoid discomfort, stay within your limits, and take the easy road – you’ll never become who you could be.

🟢 It’s the hard things in life that shape us. Not when everything goes smoothly, but when we dare to take the leap.

We plan, dream, and postpone – thinking, later.

But what if later never comes?

Did we fool ourselves into believing we had more time?

Did we really think it would still happen?

An illusion.

The truth is, life has a deadline. And time is the most valuable thing we have.

Yet we do everything we can to avoid thinking about our own mortality.

Because it forces us to ask the tough questions:

🟢 What have you always wanted to do – but keep putting off?

🟢 What unfinished business deserves your attention?

🟢 What should you finally bring closure to? Give it a place.

🟢 Who do you still need to have an honest conversation with?

🟢 Who deserves a real “I’m sorry” or “Thank you” from you?

🟢 Are you truly living according to what matters most to you?

🟢 How will you be remembered? What will you leave behind?

Thinking about the finite nature of life can feel uncomfortable.

🔵 But here’s the paradox – embracing the reality of your time limit actually makes you freer, more present, and more alive.

How? By cutting through the noise.

Everything you need is already inside you. Every bit of happiness. Every answer. Every deep sense of fulfillment.

But modern life makes us forget.

Constantly – through endless apps, media, and ads – we’re told we need something more. Another purchase. More validation. Another distraction. A thousand ways to escape.

And sure, it works. For a moment.

But it’s just a band-aid. And the real danger?

That it becomes so addictive that it keeps us from what actually brings deep, lasting fulfillment.

🟢 Because what you get in life will never make you truly happy. It’s about who you become – and what you share and give along the way.

That’s the only thing no one can ever take away from you. And it’s the only thing that creates real, lasting fulfillment.

When you feel good in your own skin, when you live intentionally, when you step into your potential, that energy spreads like wildfire.

🔥 Your conscious presence alone has more impact than you realize

🟢 But first, you have to know what matters. And make the conscious choice to focus on it.

Because living life on autopilot – hiding from the truth, drifting without intention – won’t take you anywhere except further from what really counts.

🔵 You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I’ll guide you through it – step by step, in just one hour.

And you? You press ‘Start’ when you’re ready.

You can make this experience as spiritual or religious as you want. But even if that’s not your language, it can still touch something deep inside you.

‘Spirituality’ is everywhere these days. Since mindfulness became mainstream, it seems like the world itself has turned more spiritual. The word comes from the Latin spiritus – meaning (of the) spirit.

What that means is open to interpretation. If you see the spirit as life itself – the difference between a lifeless body and a living, breathing human – then, in essence, we are all spiritual beings.

Everyone experiences spirituality differently. For some, it’s about an awareness of their own consciousness. For others, it’s about feeling connected to something greater than themselves. But one thing is certain: it moves us in ways that words can’t fully capture.

How does this connect to life and death in The Last Hour Experience?

No one knows exactly what death means – or where we go when we die.

Are we nothing more than atoms, recycled into stardust? Or is there something bigger – some kind of journey beyond this life?

We can look at death in two ways:

1️⃣ As a farewell to life.

2️⃣ As the unknown. What happens when we die? Does anything remain – consciousness, soul, spirit – or do we simply disappear?

The Last Hour Experience focuses mainly on the first – saying goodbye to life.

What happens after death? That’s entirely up to your own interpretation. Everyone has a personal view – whether it’s religious, spiritual, atheist, or agnostic.

The fact remains: no one knows for sure. Death is the edge of what we can comprehend.

🔵 Saying goodbye usually happens at the very end – at that edge. But who knows how much time we really have? Who knows if we’ll even be conscious of that moment when it comes?

And actually… we say goodbye a little every day.

To moments. To places we’ll never return to. To things. To people. To versions of ourselves.

We often think of goodbyes as heavy and painful. But a farewell can just as easily be a celebration of life.

To be grateful – for what was, for what we carry forward, for what we hold in our hearts.

Not focusing on what is no longer there, but on what will always remain.

It’s a balance between two extremes:

🟢 You can’t live every day as if it’s your last.

🟢 But you also can’t live as if you have infinite time.

The art is to live fully, without rushing. To feel deeply, without losing yourself in it.

This tension is life itself.

A tightrope between living and letting go.

To live fully is to know how to let go.

In The Last Hour Experience, we use death – an undeniable reality – as a reminder to truly live.

As vividly in the smallest details as in the bigger picture.

Just like a mosaic of pixels forms an image, every single day adds to the greater picture of your life. Because in the end, all of those seemingly small, everyday moments become the whole.

🟢 Your life is not just the sum of your days – it’s the sum of how you’ve lived them.

🟢 Your experience of life as the sum of your thoughts and emotions.

And while you’re alive, you have a say in how you’ll be remembered.

🔵 How have you lived?

🔵 What will you leave behind?

🔵 What will people remember about you?

🔵 Who were you in this world?

Understanding these questions intellectually is one thing.

But truly feeling them – experiencing them – is where the real power lies.

And that is exactly what makes this experience spiritually tangible.

No, it’s not.

The Last Hour Experience (TLHE) stands right at the intersection of philosophy and spirituality.

🔵 On the philosophical side:

TLHE confronts you with fundamental questions about existence, time, being, and meaning – the core of metaphysics.

The greatest thinkers in history have always emphasized that awareness of our mortality is essential for a fulfilled life:

🟢 Heidegger: We only truly live when we face our mortality.

🟢 Kierkegaard: Some truths can’t just be understood – they must be experienced.

🟢 The Stoics: Memento mori – remember that you are mortal, so you can live fully.

🟢 Sartre: Mortality isn’t a limitation. It’s the ultimate freedom – because life is finite, every choice matters.

TLHE isn’t an abstract lecture. It’s a thought experiment brought to life.

🔵 On the spiritual side:

Not everything in life is purely rational. Intuition, emotion, and experience shape the way we find meaning.

TLHE doesn’t just engage your mind – it reaches something deeper, something many describe as spiritual.

🔵 Bridging reason and emotion:

TLHE is unique because it doesn’t require a belief system – yet it offers a profound shift in awareness.

🟢 For the rational thinker: a logically structured confrontation with mortality.

🟢 For the intuitive thinker: a transformative experience beyond words.

TLHE doesn’t ask you to believe in anything. It invites you to explore the limits of your understanding – both intellectually and emotionally.

🔵 It transcends the traditional divide between thought and feeling.

Regret usually happens when we lacked awareness in the moment – but later, we suddenly see things clearly.

The Last Hour Experience brings that awareness forward, into the present. How? By shifting the perspective from the end of life back to now.

🔵 Regret can also be linked to self-blame – the perfectionist side of our moral conscience.

The more we believe life is fully within our control, the more we feel responsible for every misstep.

But not all regret is self-blame. Sometimes, regret is a sign of growth – proof that we now see things differently because we’ve evolved.

🔵 Self-blame doesn’t just come from what we did wrong – it can also come from what we didn’t do, from the chances we let slip away.

And then there’s another factor: the more choices we have, the more regret we feel.

🔵 More choices lead to higher expectations.

🔵 Higher expectations make disappointment more likely.

🔵 Too many options can completely paralyze us.

This is exactly what psychologist Barry Schwartz explains in his famous TED talk The Paradox of Choice.

When we’re faced with infinite possibilities, it feels like we could always have chosen better.

Because today, anything seems possible.

From careers to travel, from dating apps to life-changing decisions – even the question: what do I truly want?

We can always keep searching. One more swipe. One more option. One more possibility.

But does that lead to more freedom? Or does it lead to more doubt, more regret, and less fulfillment?

🔵 The biggest insight is that regret doesn’t have to come later. What if you could experience that awareness now – without ever thinking, “If only I had…”?

The good news? You can train yourself to make clearer choices – and minimize regret.

Because happiness and freedom don’t have to compete. As long as you know what you’re truly choosing.

🟢 The Last Hour Experience helps you feel what it’s like to look back at your life with clarity.

🟢 What would you have done differently?

🟢 And if you could go back… what would you do differently?

🔵 The ultimate self-reflection – in just one hour. ⏳

A real farewell is, first and foremost, about losing a loved one.

Their life takes center stage, and that brings up deep emotions…

Quote by Kahlil Gibran: “Ever it has been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.” A silhouette of a woman walking along the beach at sunset.

But something else happens, too.

Seeing death up close makes us pause – if only for a moment. It cuts through the noise of daily life, forcing us to confront the inevitable.

For a fleeting instant, everything becomes crystal clear.

What are we even worrying about?

What consumed us yesterday is now nothing but static.

Yet still, no matter how deep the loss, the world keeps spinning – completely indifferent to our grief.

And because everything is in motion, including ourselves, standing still is never truly an option.

So, just as quickly as we glimpse life’s impermanence, the awareness fades. Until we’re stopped in our tracks… again.

The death of a loved one holds up a mirror. It reminds us not only of their mortality but of our own.

And here, in The Last Hour Experience, the focus shifts.

There is no one else commanding your attention. This time, it’s you.

🟢 Your own life. And its deadline.

With no familiar faces around to distract you, something rare emerges – an unfiltered confrontation with yourself.

Suddenly, silence surrounds you. No distractions. Just you and the truth.

And you find yourself looking straight into the mirror.

What are you really living for?

This experience, free from sorrowful circumstances, allows you to go deeper.

To face the fear hidden beneath every personal goodbye – and to heal it.

🟢 To carry this awareness not as a fleeting thought, but as a way of being.

Not through nihilism, but through clarity.

Seeing the world as a stage, where we each play our part.

Not as something trivial, but as a role we shape with intention.

The roles we inherit – the body we are born into, the place where we grow up.

And the roles we choose to step into, as actors in the theater of life.

A real farewell, then – not physical, but mental.

A farewell in the form of detachment.

Releasing fear.

Reaching a state beyond fleeting emotions and thoughts.

Tapping into that deeper awareness – beneath the ego, beneath the body, the latter which in the end is nothing more than a temporary vessel.

Merging detachment with passion and love may seem like a contradiction.

🟢 But it’s possible.

Because when we fully embrace impermanence, we can live from the heart.

Precisely because everything is temporary, we can choose to celebrate life with conviction.

Because what truly matters may transcend even our deepest fears of loss.

Quote from The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: “Goodbye, said the fox. And now here is my secret… what is essential is invisible to the eye.” Displayed over a starlit desert landscape.

Because life has no pause button.

We live in a world of constant distractions – screens, to-do lists, endless notifications.

But what if you stopped for a moment? Truly stopped. Not tomorrow, not ‘someday,’ but now.

The moment you press “start,” it begins. You choose that moment – whether you want to start right away or in a few months.

🟢 You decide when you’re ready.

I totally get it.

Sometimes the timing just feels off to start something new – even if it’s exactly what you need. But making a commitment now can actually make all the difference.

By securing your spot today, you lock in the current price – and ensure this special experience doesn’t slip through the cracks of your busy life.

You’ll have complete flexibility, zero pressure, and the peace of mind knowing it’s ready and waiting whenever you’re truly ready to dive in.

🟢 A smart move, especially if you know how easily “later” can turn into “never.”

Absolutely. The Last Hour Experience isn’t just something you do once – it’s a ritual.

Many participants return to it on meaningful moments – their birthday, the end of the year, or any time they want to reconnect with themselves. Because insights fade. Life moves fast. And without realizing it, you can drift from what truly matters.

🔵 Returning isn’t repetition. It’s realignment.

Some things in life come without guarantees. This isn’t one of them.

The Last Hour Experience is designed to be unforgettable. If, for any reason, it doesn’t resonate with you, you get your money back. No questions, no hassle.

That’s how much I believe in this experience.

So if you’re even slightly hesitant, know this: the only risk is not discovering what it could mean for you.

Everyone experiences the journey in their own way.

Even if you don’t feel immediate insights, the experience often plants seeds – which grow and flourish when the time is right.

🟢 All your answers are automatically deleted after completion and never stored.

🟢 You can choose to email your answers to yourself once at the end.

🟢 Want to share one specific answer? That’s possible – but only with your explicit permission.

Because restriction creates power.

The Last Hour Experience is deliberately short and intense. Designed to cut through the noise, demand full presence, and leave a lasting impact.

🔵 More time wouldn’t make it stronger. The limitation is exactly what makes it work:

Quote by Søren Kierkegaard: “There is a deceptive kind of comfort in life – an unreliable flatterer, a hypocritical trickster. It is called procrastination. (…) For death and delay do not coexist – they are sworn enemies.” Displayed over an image of a symbolic crossroads at sunset.

Zero risk. Endless clarity.
